What is The Paper Club?
The Paper Club is a monthly letterbox subscription box by Candle Bark Creations - made for stationery addicts! We want The Paper Club to be a source of inspiration, so each month we will send to you a new, different and exciting box for only $19.95 a month delivered! Our goal is to not only spark motivation and refresh your space with brilliant stationery, but also give you a great deal in the process. We pride ourselves on giving you just the right amount of stationery to balance out your collection of paper goodies and that’s why when you order a subscription box from The Paper Club, you get the perfect balance of all the stationery you need over the course of your subscription.
How do I sign up for the subscription?
Go to the subscription tab on our website and choose the type of subscription you would like. Paper clubbers can choose from
1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.
Can I just sign up for 1 month?
Yes, you’re more than welcome to just sign up for one month, no strings attached!
When is the last day to sign up for the monthly subscription each month?
The last day to sign up for the subscription box is the last day of the previous month. For example, we will take signups for our October box the whole month of September, with the cut off to subscribe to the October box being 30th SEPTEMBER at 11:59 pm.
Can I change my information on my account?
Yes, log in to your account and go to account settings. You can edit your name, address and other information from there.

If I’ve missed the deadline for the monthly sign up can I still get this month’s box?
Unfortunately, if you miss the deadline you will have to wait for our next months. All boxes are limited edition.
Or you can have a look at our mystery box options, as you can purchase these anytime if you need some paper goodies asap!

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free Australia wide!
International shipping rates:
New Zealand - $15 AUD
Asia - $25 AUD
USA - $25 AUD
UK - $28 AUD
How long does shipping take for Mystery Boxes?
We guarantee to ship your order within 1-3 business days of receiving a completed fully paid online order. Shipping times vary across Australia but metropolitan areas take about 1-3 days to arrive and rural areas may take from 4 - 7 days to arrive.
How long does shipping take for the subscription boxes?
We aim to ship The Paper Club subscription boxes in the second week of the month, so we will start shipping the October Boxes around the 7th of October. Shipping times vary but you should receive the box within a week from our shipping date.
Where is my subscription box?
Unfortunately, you can’t check your tracking on Australia Post but Australian deliveries should arrive within a week of sending. If it’s been longer than that, feel free to get in touch with us!
Can I give a subscription box as a gift to someone else?
Yes! That’s an awesome gift to give, just add the subscription box to cart and provide the shipping details of the person you are gifting it to.
When will I be billed?
When you sign up for a subscription, you pay upfront for how many months you want to receive the subscription. You can choose 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
How do I pay?
You can pay via Paypal, or by card. We accept Mastercard, Visa & American Express credit cards. When you are at checkout, you can choose to checkout with Paypal or press pay with card and enter your card details.
Can I use Paypal?
Yes. We are able to use Paypal for payments made on The Paper Club website.
Is the billing automatically renewed?
The Paper Club subscriptions are continually renewed until you cancel. You can cancel any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
It is renewed for the same number of months you have signed up for initially.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing email@example.com
Can I reactivate my subscription?
If you would like to come back to our party and reactivate your subscription go to the subscribe tab on our website and click the subscription you would like to sign up for. Then proceed to checkout.
Can I have more than one subscription on my account?
Yes, the more the merrier! If you would like to receive more than one subscription just go to the subscribe tab and select the type of subscription you would like to add. Make sure if the details are different to add them correctly.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return my box if I don’t like the items?
Unfortunately we do not offer returns if you don’t like to items but we are more than happy for you to email feedback to us at any time.
Can I return or exchange my box if I have missing or damaged items?
Yes, if items are missing or damaged please contact us so we can send you a new box or the missing items.
Can I get a refund if I don’t like my items?
Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund if you do not like the items but do email us, we care about what you think so we can make The Paper Club the best it can be.
Can I get a refund if items are missing or damaged?
We are more than happy to resend missing or damaged items.
What if I have prepaid for a subscription but I decide to cancel it?
If you no longer wish to receive your subscription but have already paid, we can issue a refund to you within 5-7 business days.
Will the corona virus affect my order?
Mostly no. Your order will be processed the same as usual. The only thing affected may be shipping times.
Do you donate to charity?
Yes, we donate $1 to charity for every box sold!
What charity do you donate to?
We donate to a local charity called OzHarvest, each Paper Club box sold gives 2 meals to people in need.
Refer a Friend
How do I receive an extra Monthly Stationery Subscription box for FREE?
Refer us to your family/friends! For every 2 friends that subscribe to our Monthly Stationery Box mentioning your full name, we'll gift to you an extra subscription box FREE!
What do you need to do to refer a friend?
Login to your account by clicking the "New Member/Log in" tab at the top of the page.
Once you have logged in, click on your name (same place where you logged in) and select 'Refer a Friend' from the drop-down. This will take you to the form you will need to fill out! Include your friend's name, your friend's email, and your own name (so your friend knows who it was that referred them!). Once you’ve clicked submit, we'll email all the details to your friend!
What does your friend need to do?
Once your friend has subscribed to our Monthly Stationery Subscription Box, they will need to make sure they respond to the confirmation email we send them with your full name. We'll directly email your friend with the details after you have filled out the form!
How many friends do I need to refer to get a free box?
Once TWO friends have mentioned your full name after subscribing to our Monthly Stationery Subscription Box, we'll extend your Subscription by an extra month for FREE! So - You’ll need to refer a minimum of TWO friends to get your free subscription box, as long as they both subscribe.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
You can refer as many people as you wish, just fill out the form once for each person.
Is there a limit to how many free boxes I can receive?
No! You could receive an unlimited amount of boxes!
As long as your referrals mention your full name back to us from the email confirmation we send them, we’ll always extend your subscription for an extra FREE month for every TWO friends that mention your name.
